1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FleetSaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

FleetSaaS provides a multi-tenant fleet monitoring platform that integrates with Samsara telematics and delivers real-time notifications via Telegram bots. The service includes event monitoring, video playback, analytics, and team management features.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share API tokens or bot tokens with unauthorized parties

4. Subscription Plans

FleetSaaS offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with varying limits on vehicles, events, video storage, and team members. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined usage limits. If you exceed your plan limits, service may be throttled or you may be asked to upgrade to a higher tier. We will notify you when approaching limits.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. FleetSaaS processes your data solely to provide the service. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through Click.uz or Payme. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

FleetSaaS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
